International Shipments: International shipments are classified as any shipment to countries other than the USA and Canada. Due to restrictions on some items, if you would like to place an order to a country other than the USA or Canada, please call us or use the live chat.

Returns: Without exception, activation/upgrade codes (i.e. all non-hardware items) may not be returned.. For all other items: we accept returns on unopened items within 15 days of your delivery date determined strictly through the carriers website tracking information. Returns will be subject to a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee. Items may only be returned with a valid RMA number. All other returns will not be accepted. If an item is returned without an RMA number, the item will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense. Opened items are not returnable. If your product is defective, you must contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement. DO NOT refuse a package without prior consent from our returns department. Unauthorized refused packages will be subject to the 20% restocking fee and any additional shipping charges which 1StopComputerShop incurs as a result of the refusal. Be sure to include your order number and the name(s) of the item(s) you wish to return.
