Return Policy

Activation / License Codes / Virtual Products:
Our official policy is that virtual products cannot be returned. This is because once a code has been sent out, it is very difficult to be sure that it will be deleted when a customer returns it. In addition, our vendors place strict limits on allowing returns of virtual products like license codes. This being said, if there is situation where you must return an activation code, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis - that is, we will do our best to process the return, but cannot guarantee that it will be approved. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee for returning virtual products, if the return is approved, to cover the time and effort required for us to return it to the distributor. This fee will be deducted from your refund. In the case that the return is not approved, we will not be able to issue any refund. Please ensure (and double-check) that the code(s) you are purchasing is/are the correct code(s) for your product(s).

Hardware / Physical Products:
You may return hardware / physical products within 30 days of delivery, determined via the tracking information, as long as the product is sealed, unopened, and unregistered. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. If you are returning an opened and/or registered product, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as we will not longer be able to resell the product as new, and may also need to spend time repackaging and resetting the product. Items may only be returned with a valid RMA number. All other returns will not be accepted. If an item is returned without an RMA number, the item will be sent back to you at your expense. If your product is defective, you must contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement. DO NOT refuse a package without prior consent from our returns department. Unauthorized refused packages will be subject to the 20% restocking fee and any additional shipping charges which 1StopComputerShop incurs as a result of the refusal.
