Are your products new or refurbished?
All of the products we sell are brand new in sealed packaging. We do not sell used or refurbished equipment.
How Do I Contact You?
We offer two methods of contacting us. You may use our live chat feature to be instantly connected to a customer service representative. You may access our live chat by clicking the green "Live Chat is Online" button at the top right of your screen. If the button is red and states "Live Chat is Offline" you may leave us a message which someone will respond to when we are available. We urge you to first try using the live chat/message system as we will be able to respond much more quickly, after hours, and on weekends. Can I Cancel My Order?
You may only cancel your order if it has not yet reached the "shipped" or "license keys sent" status. To cancel your order, please contact us by live chat (accessed by clicking "live chat" at the top right of this page) or by e-mail. Orders cannot be canceled by phone. Please note that under rare circumstances, your order status may not have been updated to "shipped" or "license keys sent" even if they have been completed. If this happens, you will be notified that your order cannot be canceled.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept purchase orders with net terms on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail us using our contact form or call us at (713) 234-0832.
Do You Charge Shipping on Activation Codes?
Shipping on activation code-only orders is FREE! This is because we do not ship any physical product(s) to you - all codes are e-mailed. In addition, there are no hidden or "handling" charges! An activation code-only order is an order that only contains e-mailable activation codes or serial numbers. If your order contains both hardware and activation codes, you will be charged shipping on the hardware. The activation codes will still be e-mailed to you.
How Do I Check My Order Status?
You may check your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history. NOTE:If you placed an order as a guest and did not create an account prior to purchasing, you will not be able to track your order on our website.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
We charge sales tax to all Texas-based orders
What Do You Charge for Shipping?
Shipping costs vary per order. You will be provided with shipping costs on the first page of checkout. We do not charge any shipping on code orders, as they are e-mailed to you
What If I Need Assistance or Support in Using My Product?
Please contact the manufacturer of your product for all support inquires. We do not warrant or support any of the products we sell. All products are covered by a manufacturer-issued warranty.

What is your return policy?
Without exception, activation/upgrade codes (i.e. all non-hardware items) may not be returned. We accept returns on hardware items within 15 days of your delivery date determined strictly through the carriers website tracking information (shipping costs will NOT be refunded). Sealed, unopened, and unregistered hardware returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover original packaging, processing, and handling costs. If a returned item has been used, opened, or registered, the return will be subject to a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee, and must include all original items, packaging, and accessories. Items may only be returned with a valid RMA number. All other returns will not be accepted. If an item is returned without an RMA number, the item will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense. If your product is defective, you must contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement. DO NOT refuse a package without prior consent from our returns department. Unauthorized refused packages will be subject to the 20% restocking fee and any additional shipping charges which 1StopComputerShop incurs as a result of the refusal. If you need to make a return, and to obtain an RMA number, please send an e-mail to returns@1stopcomputershop.com. Be sure to include your order number and the name(s) of the item(s) you wish to return.
What is your shipping policy?
WE DO NOT CHARGE SHIPPING ON ORDERS THAT ONLY CONTAIN CODES. All hardware orders are usually shipped within 24-48 business hours of being received with valid payment information. All code/software only orders will usually be e-mailed within 24 business hours of being received with valid payment information. All of our items are in stock at our various distribution warehouse throughout the country - however, occasionally we run out of stock on an item which may delay your order. In the case of an out-of-stock item, we will immediately notify you, giving you the option to cancel or wait for the item to come back in stock. A tracking number will be sent to you once your item is shipped.
International Shipments: International shipments are classified as any shipment to countries other than the USA and Canada. Due to restrictions on some items, if you would like to place an order to a country other than the USA or Canada, please call us or use the live chat.
